Carousel Ice Cream started with a simple conviction: ice cream should taste like something your grandmother would approve of. No shortcuts. No artificial fillers. Just cream, sugar, and the kind of flavor you can actually recognize.
We batch-make every flavor by hand in small quantities. That means when you walk in, you're getting something that was made recently — not something that's been sitting in a freezer for months. Some days we run out early. That's the trade-off for quality.
